Women's Training
Strong is the Shape
The same coaching standard — %1RM, RIR, progressive overload — calibrated to female reference loads. No pink dumbbells, no myths: heavy, structured training is what builds shape.

What actually works
Heavy builds shape, not bulk
Women carry roughly 1/15th the testosterone of men — accidental bulk is physiologically off the table. What heavy training builds is exactly the firmness and lines most women train for.
Muscle is the metabolism
Every kilo of muscle raises your resting burn — lifting reshapes the body AND makes staying lean easier. Cardio alone can make you smaller; only muscle changes the silhouette.
Women recover faster
Between sets and between sessions, female athletes typically tolerate more frequency and repeat quality efforts sooner — the programs here use that: shorter rests hurt less, twice-a-week frequency fits perfectly.
The standards don't change
Progressive overload, full range, honest proximity to failure, 1.6–2.2 g protein per kg, 7–9 h sleep. Muscle responds to tension, not to gender-marketed workouts.
