The coach
Two decades under the bar.
EISENROUTINE is built on twenty years of coaching lifters — from first-timers to stage-ready bodybuilders. No fads, no shortcuts: just the movements, the structure, and the principles that reliably build muscle. Every program here is the plan I'd hand a client on day one.
The EISENROUTINE method
Built on principles, not hype.
Twenty years under the bar, distilled into the four laws that actually build muscle.
Progressive Overload
Muscle only adapts to demands it hasn't met before. Add a little weight, a rep, or a set each week — and log it. Beating your last session is the single habit that outperforms any "secret" program.
Train Close to Failure
Growth lives in the last 1–3 hard reps. Push working sets to within 1–2 reps of failure with clean form, and save true failure for machines and isolation where technique can't break down.
Tempo & Full Range
Lower the weight under control for 2–3 seconds and train the full stretch. A deep, controlled eccentric builds far more muscle than heavier, bouncy half-reps ever will.
Recover to Grow
You don't grow in the gym — you grow recovering from it. Sleep 7–9 hours, eat 1.6–2.2 g of protein per kg of bodyweight, and give each muscle 48 hours before you train it again.
